As a Global View Lead Consultant at ADP, your role involves implementing the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product based on SAP. Your responsibilities include: - Performing blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements - Designing and documenting the client's solution, including business requirements and program specifications - Taking ownership of issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP GV template, collaborating with other GV streams/areas for resolution You will also be responsible for: - Liaising with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase - Coordinating training delivery and supporting clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases - Ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables such as Blueprints, specifications, and configuration documentation In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Products and ADP GlobalView template - Actively participate in Implementation Team forums and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions - Provide training and support to fellow team members to develop their skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience - Configuration knowledge/consulting skills for at least two applicable SAP functional areas Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ Years of SAP HCM Experience preferred - Experience in mentoring and coaching multiple Lead Consultants - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate time management skills - Client-focused with a good business process knowledge of SAP modules This position requires 25%-50% travel activity.
