SAP HCM Time Management Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end-to-end SAP HCM business processes with a strong focus on Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for SAP HCM Payroll, primarily for US and Canada regions.
• Handle payroll processing cycles, identify payroll run issues, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with country-specific statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of SAP HCM technical objects related to payroll and time management.
• Work in customer-facing roles to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce management and payroll-related initiatives.
• Participate in testing, enhancements, and system updates related to SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.

Experience Required:

• 4 - 8 years of experience working with SAP HCM, specifically Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll for US and/or Canada regions.
• Strong exposure to end-to-end payroll processes, payroll runs, and issue resolution.
• Experience working in client-facing or support roles within SAP HCM environments.
• Good understanding of workforce management and integration with payroll systems.
