Job description: Hot JOB - #pwc_india looking for # Business Analyst Workday Payroll. #Education required -B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM/ . All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs. #number of openings - 1 #Location -Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata/Chennai/Hyderabad. Role & responsibilities Collaborate with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday Payroll configurations. Support functional areas including Payroll, Security , and User Experience . Document business requirements, user stories, test plans, and process flows. Analyze cross-product functionality such as Organizations, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding , and Language Translation . Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to drive innovation. Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, contributing to iterative development and solutioning discussions. 2 to 8 years of experience in Workday Payroll configuration . Strong understanding of Workdays cross-functional capabilities. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies , preferably SAFe . Up-to-date knowledge of Workday features and enhancements. Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes Nice to Have: Workday Certification Exposure to other HR tech platforms. Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days Joiners are preferable.
