Job Summary
Lead SAP MDG implementations managing factory master data across S/4HANA manufacturing processes. Design standardized templates for global rollouts, ensure PP/MM/EWM integration, and deliver end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering to hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full SAP MDG lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare.
• Manage factory master data: materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, purchase info records, quota arrangements.
• Configure MDG data models (standard/custom) on S/4HANA with PP/MM/EWM integrations for production/purchasing/warehouse consistency.
• Design/implement master data templates supporting future rollouts and global standardization.
• Conduct gap analysis, FS preparation, data migration validation, UAT, and change management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders for accurate data governance across plants/regions.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years SAP MDG on S/4HANA, factory/manufacturing master data governance.
• Strong S/4HANA Manufacturing knowledge (PP, MM, EWM) for cross-module integrations.
• Hands-on MDG configuration: data models, workflows, BRF+ rules, UI/Fiori, duplication checks.
• Expertise in master data objects: Material Master, BOM, routings, work centers, production versions.
• Data migration tools (SLT, Migration Cockpit, BODS/LSMW) and quality validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MDG certification; S/4HANA PP/MM experience.
• Global rollout/template design; manufacturing industry exposure.
• Tools: SolMan, Signavio, HP-ALM; Agile/SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder workshops; face-to-face interview mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,491,039.63 - ₹2,296,457.43 per year
