You are a highly experienced and dynamic SAP Grow Capability Leader responsible for developing the overall SAP Grow capability and go-to-market offerings, including accelerators. Your role involves leading the development and enhancement of the SAP Grow capability, ensuring alignment with industry standards and market demands. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SAP Grow offerings, create accelerators to drive market penetration and customer adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative SAP solutions that meet client needs and drive business value. Conducting thorough market analysis to inform capability development and go-to-market strategies, engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and leading and mentoring a team of SAP professionals are also key aspects of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and enhancement of the SAP Grow capability - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SAP Grow offerings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative SAP solutions - Conduct thorough market analysis to inform capability development and go-to-market strategies - Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements - Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals - Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies - Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of SAP Grow capability and go-to-market initiatives **Professional Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field - 12-16 years of experience in SAP functional areas, with experience as an Architect or functional lead on SAP Grow projects - Deep expertise in at least one SAP functional area - Strong understanding of cross-module integrations - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - SAP certification(s) is a plus You will be joining Mindsprint, a leading-edge technology and business services firm that provides impact-driven solutions to businesses, enabling them to outpace the speed of change.
