We are looking for a Junior SAP Group Reporting Consultant with 5–7 years of overall IT experience and strong exposure to financial consolidation tools. This role will work under a Senior Consultant supporting end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP consolidation tools (BPC/BCS/ECCS/BOFC) and working knowledge of SAP Group Reporting. A blend of functional finance understanding and technical implementation experience is preferred.

Master Data Maintenance
Financial Statement Item Mapping
Breakdown Categories, Sub-items & Sub-item Categories
Hierarchy Management
Balance Carryforwards
Currency Translation Methods
Reclassifications & Intercompany Eliminations
Tasks and Selections Management
Consolidation of Investments
NCI (Non-Controlling Interest) Calculations
Purchase & Equity Methods of Consolidation
Reporting via Analysis for Office
Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD)
Create Business Process Procedures (BPP)
Draft user manuals and reference guides
Engage in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
Support end-user training sessions
Participate in daily/weekly client and onsite team meetings
Understand and gather business requirements
Provide project updates and participate in workshops
Maintain strong professional communication with clients
2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPC / BCS / ECCS / BOFC or similar SAP consolidation tools
Up to 2 years of functional domain experience in Finance or Consolidation
Practical experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
Strong documentation capabilities (PDD, BPP)
Experience with implementation methodologies such as ASAP
Good communication and client-facing experience
SAP Group Reporting certification
Understanding of US GAAP and its application in consolidation
Exposure to multi-country financial reporting standards
