Core Finance modules ERP core ( Core Fin, Asset manage3met, Purchasing, logistics, manufacturing) Job Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, and the migration of SAP environments from on-premise to cloud platforms (with a preference for Azure). The role demands strong leadership, exceptional client-facing abilities, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Oversee SAP HANA and cloud migration projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Uphold the highest standards of communication and client satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest trends in SAP HANA and cloud technologies. Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP practice. Establish and grow the SAP practice, including defining processes, methodologies, and best practices. Recruit, train, and build a high-performing SAP team. Manage practice budgets, staffing, and task allocation effectively. Align practice goals with organizational objectives by engaging with business stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in SAP HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP migration projects. Deep knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, Asset Management, MM, PP, and Project Systems, along with expertise in the core finance modules (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger). Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills, focusing on delivering results. Experience in practice budgeting, staffing, and engaging with business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud platforms. Preferred Skills: SAP certifications in relevant modules (such as Finance, SAP HANA, etc.). Familiarity with other cloud platforms and technologies. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standards. Expertise with SAP Cloud Connectors, SAP Web Dispatchers, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Sales and Services Cloud, and SAP Flexible Real Estate (REFX).
