Scrum Master

• 7 to 8+ Years in application delivery.
• 4+ Years in delivering projects as a Scrum Master.
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Willing to extend, learn and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for the client stakeholders
• Experience in handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and drive the entire project deliverables
• Have direct coordination with client and project team
• Experience in handling project deliverables with defined SLAs through SDLC cycle
• Experience in handling Salesforce projects or other CRM applications
• Have experience in working with client project team which is totally remote and have both offshore/onsite

Key Skills

• Good in presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel / PPT/ Word etc.,).
• Project management Tools like Atlassian JIRA/Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Good in Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
