SAP FICO Consultant/Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Role Requirement:

• Education:

  Graduation or CA/ICWA(even Inter) preferred

• Experience:

  Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in similar profile in implementation and support.

• Industry Exposure:

  Must have working experience in Textile Industry, FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI solutions to meet financial and accounting needs.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare documentation including functional specs and user manuals.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance along with SAP CO (Controlling) module.
• Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
• SAP FI certification.
