. Mandatory Skill: SAP Fico, S4 Hana, Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FICO modules in

  S/4HANA environments

• Involve in

  end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Conduct

  fit-gap analysis

  and design solutions based on business needs
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Prepare

  functional specifications

  , training documents, and user manuals
• Provide user training and support during UAT and go-live phases
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICO processes

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP FICO – FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)

• S/4HANA implementation experience

  (at least 1 full-cycle implementation)
• Strong knowledge of

  integration

  with other SAP modules
• Experience with

  Configuration and Customization

• Good understanding of

  business processes

  in Finance and Controlling
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
