- Responsible for Contingent Workforce Management at Dhler Group
- Implement SAP Fieldglass globally
- Perform system configuration and technical testing related to Contingent Workforce Management (Fieldglass and SucessFactors EC)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all related issues and inquiries
- Identify & resolve interface issues
- Responsible for identifying Fieldglass enhancements, preparing documentation, testing, aligning with Process Owner and implementing in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of both business functions and software technology to support operational processes
- 5 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality)
- 1 E2E Fieldglass implementation knowledge
- 3 years Success factors EC expertise in the areas of Contingent Workforce Management, Position Management, Workflows, pick list management and Reports in Employee Central
- Good Functional and Technical Integration knowledge with hands on design and delivery experience using these Products modules in complex architecture land scape
- Knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with S/4HANA & SuccessFactors
- Experience in Source to Pay Processes
- Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks
