is seeking to hire an Assistant Manager for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical The role will be part GCOE Business Enablement vertical and will be of dedicated supporting and guiding the team of designer, project coordinators, video team and brand team, You must collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, align expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle As an Assistant / Project Manager you will be leading cross-functional teams, tracks performance, and ensures deliverables meet quality standards while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency Additionally, foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, provide regular progress updates, and mentor team members to promote accountability, innovation, and continuous learning, This role requires someone who is organized, with a keen eye for detail, able to meet deadlines and work successfully in a team environment, How You'll Make An Impact Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements, Consulting and Guiding the Team: Provide project insights and strategic guidance to the team, especially in consulting projects Help the team align their efforts with project goals and client expectations, Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies Measure performance against KPIs and milestones Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project execution, Strategic Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative outputs align with the companys brand guidelines, vision, and messaging Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable creative strategies, Creative Direction and Feedback: Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables Review and approve designs, videos, and other creative assets to maintain brand consistency and quality standards, Content Creation and Campaign Support: Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and video content for campaigns, social media, and other platforms Ensure the team delivers engaging assets that resonate with the target audience, Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all creative outputs, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity Conduct regular reviews of the teams work to ensure consistency and quality, Tool and Technology Utilization: Use project management tools (eg, Monday) to streamline workflows Train team members on tools and processes as needed, Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and recommend improvements Implement best practices to enhance project delivery, Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage a team of designers and video creators, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals Assign tasks based on team membersstrengths and expertise to maximize efficiency and creativity Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage fresh ideas and creative solutions, Support in Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to assist leadership in making informed decisions Offer recommendations based on project analysis and trends, Competency Project addressing issues promptly and efficiently, About You Minimum Required Degree Bachelors /Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, and 5-8 years professional experience Or Bachelors or Masters degree / equivalent qualification in Project Management and a strong interest to transition to an operations management and coordination Experience ( Career Level Guide) Experience: 7-10 years in relevant role Oversee multiple programs, align with objectives, improve processes Expert program management, strategic leadership, resource allocation Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge, Skills & Ability: Proven record of successful project management Experience executing projects that resulted in increased brand visibility and sales leads Strong communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Experienced in creating scorecards, dashboards or other relevant reports Experienced in creating plans and
