Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant / Lead (S/4HANA Implementation & Product Costing)

Role Overview:

Senior SAP FICO Consultant / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations

  , focusing on

  FICO and Product Costing (CO-PC)

  .
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Design and configure FICO components

  GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing

  .
• Lead

  Product Costing processes

  , including

  cost estimates, cost component structures, WIP, variance calculation, settlement, and actual costing using Material Ledger

  .
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (

  MM, PP, SD, PS

  ) to support manufacturing and product costing processes.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants in design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Drive

  fit-gap analysis

  ,

  solution design

  ,

  data migration strategy

  ,

  testing

  , and

  UAT

  .
• Oversee

  month-end and year-end closing

  support and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Stay updated with

  SAP S/4HANA innovations

  and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with

  finance leadership

  and

  IT teams

  to align SAP Finance solutions with business strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years

  of experience in

  SAP FICO

  , including

  at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations

  as a Lead or Senior Consultant.
• Strong understanding of

  Finance & Controlling integration

  with MM, PP, SD, and PS modules.
• Proven experience in

  Product Costing

  ,

  Material Ledger

  , and

  Actual Costing

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

  processes.
• Strong experience in

  COPA (Costing-based and Account-based)

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  HANA architecture

  ,

  Fiori apps

  , and

  S/4HANA Finance simplifications

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines.

• SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance

  preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods

  industries.
• Exposure to

  Group Reporting

  ,

  Central Finance

  , or

  Treasury modules

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Agile / Hybrid implementation methodologies

  .
• Global implementation experience with multi-country rollout exposure.
