Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to Finance and Controlling.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes within the SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation standards, and SAP best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 68 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of core FICO processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc.
• Experience with integration of FICO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working with international teams or multi-country rollouts is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in FICO.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in taxation, month-end/year-end closing activities, and reporting.
