Role Overview

Seeking a senior SAP FICO functional consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) to support reporting transformation for the FAST S/4HANA migration. The role focuses on analyzing ECC reports, mapping data to S/4HANA structures, writing functional specifications, and supporting end-to-end testing for the Singapore and Mexico rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing ECC financial reports and determine mapping to S/4HANA (PS1 instance).
• Identify required financial attributes (AR/AP/GL) for extraction to the Global Data Lake (GDL).
• Write high-quality functional specs, FRDs/BRDs, and process mapping documents.
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis and define To-Be processes across core finance areas.
• Support unit testing and integration testing for finance-related reporting.
• Validate GL postings, sub-ledger behavior, tax logic, and period-end processes.
• Ensure reporting alignment with global templates and transformation architecture.
• Work with Capgemini and BI teams to ensure accurate reporting outputs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in SAP FICO with strong AR/AP/GL experience.
• ECC + S/4HANA experience mandatory.
• Expertise in functional document creation and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of SAP finance tables (BSEG, BSID, BSAD, BSIK, BSAK, etc.).
• Experience with S/4 brownfield migration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
