Job Description

Position Name: SAP Executive (Male)

Education : Any Graduate

Experience : Min 3 Yrs

Required : Fluent in Communication and immediate joiner , locality from Mumbai only

Duty : 6 Days working with rotational shift

Working Location : Ulwe Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Candidate must have hand on experience in operating : SAP Operations: Procurement & Payment: Stores Management: Excel Reporting:

Create and manage
Purchase Requisitions (PR)
in SAP.
Process and monitor
Service Entry Sheets (SES)
for vendor services.
Maintain and update
Stores inventory
using SAP MM module.
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for
payment processing
and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP for all procurement and store-related transactions.
Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
Analyze procurement and inventory data for decision-making.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
