SAP EWM Senior Consultant

As an experienced SAP EWM Consultant, your role will involve analyzing technical and functional requirements to design scalable solutions within SAP EWM. You will collaborate with customers to define project scope, execution strategy, and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and implementing SAP EWM and WM modules, particularly within S/4HANA environments. - Supporting business processes related to Shipping, Distribution, Picking, Packing, and Delivery Document Handling. - Implementing and managing Batch Management, including Radio Frequency (RF) and RFID integrations. - Handling Handling Unit Management (HUM) and Storage Unit Management (SUM) functionalities. - Executing tasks related to Logistics Execution, Transportation Management, Shipment, and Shipment Costing. - Managing IDOCs and Batch Jobs for both outbound and inbound logistics processes. - Overseeing Inventory Management processes, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transport Orders (STO), and Transfer Postings (TP). - Participating in RFQ responses through scoping, assessment, and estimation activities. - Providing end-user training, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth go-live and post-go-live support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. - 8-12 years of experience in SAP EWM and WM modules. - Proven experience working with S/4HANA environments. - SAP certification in EWM or Logistics (preferred). - Experience in working with multiple clients or international rollouts (preferred). - Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Skills required for this position encompass: - SAP EWM and SAP WM configuration and implementation. - Strong understanding of S/4HANA EWM architecture. - Logistics execution (Shipping, Picking, Packing, Delivery). - Batch Management, Radio Frequency (RF)/RFID integration. - Handling Unit and Storage Unit Management. - Transportation Management and Shipment Costing. - IDOCs and background job (batch job) handling - inbound & outbound. - Inventory processes - GR, GI, STO, TRAS. - Proposal writing, scoping, and estimation for RFQs.
