SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Role Overview: You are an experienced SAP EWM Consultant tasked with implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for clients. Your primary responsibility is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions to enhance warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and supporting the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM modules. - Customizing SAP EWM solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including configuring warehouse structures, storage types, bin management, inventory management, and transportation management. - Working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management processes. - Translating business requirements into functional specifications and configuring the SAP EWM system accordingly. - Identifying areas of improvement within warehouse operations and utilizing SAP EWM capabilities to enhance efficiency. - Implementing best practices to optimize warehouse operations such as inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. - Integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP TM, and third-party logistics systems. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant with expertise in implementing and configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. - Proficiency in customizing SAP EWM modules to meet client-specific needs and optimizing warehouse operations. - Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party logistics systems. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
