As an experienced SAP EWM professional, your role will involve implementing, supporting, and enhancing warehouse management solutions. You should have a strong expertise in SAP EWM processes, integration with other SAP modules, and hands-on project experience in designing and optimizing warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and configuring SAP EWM functionalities, including Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes. - Designing, testing, and deploying solutions for warehouse operations such as putaway, picking, packing, staging, and goods issue. - Working on integration with SAP ERP modules like MM, SD, PP, TM, and WM. - Developing functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, and reports. - Supporting system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolving defects. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with industry best practices. - Providing end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. - Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. - Applying strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights. Professional & Technical Skills Required: - 6-8 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience in implementation and support. - Strong knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, RF transactions, physical inventory, cross-docking, yard management, and labor management. - Experience in EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC. - Familiarity with RF framework, HUM (Handling Unit Management), TU/DO management, and slotting/rearrangement. - Understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and warehouse automation integration. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Providing training and support for business users. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6-8 years of SAP experience, including implementation and support in SAP EWM. - Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE or MBA.
