Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your extensive experience as a SAP Business Analyst, specifically focusing on EWM and Logistics processes. Your role will involve translating business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations. As part of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize agile project management methodologies, and align solutions with the company's long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of SAP EWM and MM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, yard management, procurement, inventory management, and quality management. - Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations. - Demonstrated experience in utilizing agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban. - Effective communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and stakeholders. - Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM and MM solutions. - Experience in integrating EWM with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and TM, to streamline end-to-end logistics processes. - Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies, such as warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and IoT devices. - Exposure to industry-specific best practices and trends in logistics and warehouse management. - Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive design documents. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on EWM and Logistics processes. - Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring functional leads. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on logistics and warehouse operations. - Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering EWM and Logistics-focused projects using agile methodologies. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
