SAP Event Management

As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Manage and coordinate program and project activities, ensuring successful execution.

- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Event Management.

- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes through programs and projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with event planning and coordination.

- Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP solutions and technologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Event Management.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15 years full-time education is required.
