SAP ESPP Consultant/ Manager

• Be part of the

  Intelligent Functions

  team, supporting

  platform-driven business design and assessment

  , including

  value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering

  .


• Provide

  expert solutions

  for complex client challenges within the

  SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape

  , ensuring strategic alignment with market trends and associated technologies.


• Act as a

  lead SAP Functional Solution Architect

  , delivering

  end-to-end solutions

  for Request for Proposal (RFP) requests.


• Collaborate with clients to

  understand requirements, scope projects, define solutions, explain business benefits and use cases

  , and develop a

  roadmap

  to achieve their business goals.


• Design

  innovative solutions

  leveraging a broad range of service offerings.


• Support

  business development

  by working closely with sales teams to

  generate proposals, shape solution plans, and define delivery approaches

  for SAP transformation projects.


• Ensure seamless

  integration with various ERP solutions

  , including SAP, and develop

  proof of concepts (PoCs)

  as needed.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in

  SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions

  and

  functional architecture

  .


• Deep understanding of

  SAP market trends, technologies, and business transformation processes

  .


• Proven ability to create and deliver

  strategic SAP solutions

  aligned with client needs.


• Experience in

  business case creation, process re-engineering, and value assessment

  .


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, client-facing

  environment.
