Role Summary

The SAP ECP Support Consultant will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with integration to SAP SuccessFactors EC and local Saudi payroll requirements. The role involves daily incident resolution, configuration changes, payroll cycle support, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws and GOSI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP ECP Support & Maintenance

Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP ECP modules including Payroll Control Center (PCC), On-cycle/Off-cycle payroll, and Payroll Schemas/Rules.

Troubleshoot payroll errors, retro calculations, and posting issues.

Perform configuration updates such as wage types, pay components, PCRs, and schemas.

2. Integration & Interface Support

Support integration between EC and ECP (Point-to-Point / PTP Integration).

Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces with Finance, Time Management, and other systems.

Validate replication status and resolve replication issues from EC to ECP.

3. Localization & Compliance (Saudi/KSA)

Ensure payroll compliance with:

Saudi Labor Law

GOSI contributions and calculations for private sector and civil services

WPS (Wage Protection System) file generation and validation

End of Service (EOS) calculation rules

5. Incident/Change Management

Work with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to manage incidents and service requests.

Document solutions and update functional specifications for enhancements.

Collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF objects (workflows, reports, integrations).

6. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.

Conduct knowledge transfer and user training for HR/payroll teams.

Provide support during audits and compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications

35+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / ECP support.

Strong knowledge of SAP ECP, Payroll Schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processes.

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors ECECP Integration.

Understanding of KSA payroll localization, including EOS, GOSI, WPS.

Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is an advantage.

Knowledge of Time Evaluation, Time Off, and EC Time is a plus.

General Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication (English required; Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to work under pressure during payroll cycles.

Experience working with global and local functional teams.

Preferred Certifications

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.

SAP ECP / EC Payroll Certification.

Knowledge of SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll (advantage).
