SAP Cutover Lead

As a SAP Cutover Lead, your role will involve creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled environment. You should have knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps involved, which requires a good understanding of RISE and infrastructural setups. Stakeholder management to establish the cutover plan will be essential, along with executing the plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty. Key Responsibilities: - Creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion - Having knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps involved, including a good understanding of RISE and infrastructural setups - Stakeholder management to put up the cutover plan - Executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades (EHP, .) from a technical perspective - Deep understanding of the different phases of a brownfield conversion, including terms like SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, Retrofit, etc. - Ability to manage a cutover plan - Experience in managing the execution of cutover steps as a manager on duty - Good communication skills with the ability to clearly and crisply communicate tasks - Technical understanding behind the different cutover tasks Additionally, candidates should have worked full time as a Cutover Lead and be available full time or 90% traveling to be in Dubai.,
