SAP Cutover Lead

As a SAP Cutover Lead, your role involves creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled environment. You should have knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps involved, which requires a good basis understanding. Additionally, familiarity with RISE and infrastructural setups is essential. Stakeholder management is crucial for putting up the cutover plan, and you will be responsible for executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty. Key Responsibilities: - Create Cutover Plans and align with different parties - Have knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps involved - Familiarity with RISE and infrastructural setups - Manage stakeholder communication for the cutover plan - Execute the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades from a technical perspective - Deep understanding of different phases of a brownfield conversion - Ability to manage a cutover plan effectively - Experience in managing the execution of cutover steps - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey tasks clearly and concisely - Technical understanding behind various cutover tasks - Full-time availability or willingness to travel 90% of the time to Dubai Please note that candidates applying for this role should have worked full time as a Cutover Lead.
