The job requires a SAP Cutover Lead with 10-15 years of experience to work in Dubai on a full-time contract basis. The candidate must have prior experience working full-time as a Cutover Lead. The role involves creating Cutover Plans for brownfield conversion, aligning with different parties, and managing stakeholders. Knowledge of brownfield conversions, RISE, and infrastructural setups is essential. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades from a technical perspective. They should possess a deep understanding of phases such as SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, and Retrofit. Additionally, the candidate must be able to manage and execute cutover plans effectively, ensuring clear and concise communication of tasks. Key responsibilities include acting as the command center and cutover manager on duty during the execution of cutover steps. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge of cutover tasks are crucial for this role. The candidate should be available full-time or willing to travel up to 90% of the time to be based in Dubai.
