Job Title: Senior Functional Lead SAP Customer Service

Location:

Role Overview:

Senior Functional Lead SAP Customer Service (CS)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • SAP certification in CS module (preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Customer Service with strong functional knowledge of:
    • Service order management

    • Warranty handling

    • Internal repair processes

    • Preventive/scheduled maintenance

  • Hands-on experience in

    SAP configuration, testing, and integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.

  • Proven ability to lead functional teams and manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
