Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the team as an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to implement, configure, and support the SAP CS module to improve customer service operations. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of service management processes, integration with other SAP modules, and the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and devise SAP CS solutions to address customer service and support needs. - Customize and configure the SAP CS module, which includes service orders, notifications, warranties, contracts, and installed base management. - Integrate SAP CS with modules like SD, MM, PM, and FI for seamless operations. - Conduct end-user training, prepare documentation, and offer post-implementation support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process integration. - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and performance tuning. - Identify and resolve issues related to SAP CS functionality. - Support data migration and interface development as required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the SAP CS module. - Proficient in SAP configuration, user exits, and enhancement frameworks. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Additional Details: The company works in the field of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. As a software engineer, you will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Note: The Secondary Skills, SAP certification in Customer Service or related modules, experience with S/4HANA, knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to customer service, and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies have not been included in the job description.,
