Strong Root Cause Analysis capability
Familiar withSAPtrouble shooting tools
Familiar withSAPCRMenhancement framework
Familiar withSAPCRMData Structures
Familiar withSAPCRMUI technology including PCUI and Webclient UI
Responsibilities
Debug the ABAP program for Root Cause Analysis
Implement the small enhancement requirements
Complete the testing and documentation
Effort estimate of the development
Pro-actively response the enquiries from the customers.
