SAP CPI Consultant – SuccessFactors with Payroll Integration Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in India) Experience: 8+ Years payroll under Opstalents IT Services PVT LTD Contract Duration: 1 Year (Contract Position) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and Payroll Integration for a remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of overall SAP experience and a minimum of 3 years working specifically on SAP CPI with SuccessFactors integrations , including Payroll (SAP and/or third-party) . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll systems using SAP CPI. Configure and monitor SAP CPI iFlows and handle error management. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. Ensure secure and compliant data exchange between systems. Provide support for integration testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment support. Work closely with business stakeholders and global teams to ensure integration reliability and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of overall SAP experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Integration, particularly with Employee Central and Payroll modules. Experience integrating with SAP HCM Payroll and/or third-party payroll providers. Good understanding of XML, XSLT, OData, and API-based integrations. Experience with middleware monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Familiarity with security protocols such as SFTP, OAuth, and SSL. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
