Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy
end-to-end ABAP custom solutions
based on business requirements.
Design and implement ABAP classes
using OOP principles (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction).
Work with functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into robust ABAP programs.
Develop complex objects including:

Classical and Interactive Reports
Strong command of
ABAP Objects
(OOPs in ABAP)
Module Pool (Dialog Programming)
SmartForms & SAP Scripts
Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, BAPI)
RFCs and Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound)
Data Dictionary objects (Tables, Views, Structures)

Perform
ABAP debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning
.
Handle
transport management
, version control, and release coordination.
Build and manage integrations using
IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs
, and third-party connections.
Ensure code follows
SAP development standards and best practices
.
Provide
post-go-live support
, analyze production issues, and apply long-term fixes.

Preferred Candidate Profile – SAP ABAP Developer

Educational Background
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. SAP certification in ABAP is a plus.
Experience
:3-5years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong grasp of core ABAP concepts including classical reports, ALV, SmartForms, module pool, and enhancement techniques.
