Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Asst. Manager - Sales with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware, cloud solutions, Data Centre technologies, and managed services. This role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales of IT infrastructure products and services including servers, storage, networking equipment, cloud solutions, Cyber Solutions and managed services. Identify and target potential clients across verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT/ITES. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CIOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads. Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, and technical solutions in collaboration with pre-sales teams. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal stakeholders for solution design, pricing, and post-sales support. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and customer feedback using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Keep Strict vigil on outstanding payments and always get the payments in time from the respective customers. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4+ years of proven experience in IT Infra Sales (experience with vendors like Dell, Cisco, HPE, VMware, etc. is preferred). Strong technical understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, virtualization, cloud (public/private), Cyber Security and enterprise networking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
