SAP Commerce Backend Developer

Job Description:

• 8+ years of total IT experience specializing in development of complex enterprise-level solutions using Java Spring Core/MVC framework and Web Services/SOA. Customer Experience exposure a big plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on design and development experience in SAP Hybris multichannel Commerce platform (B2C and B2B platforms). Deep understanding of B2B and B2C processes across several industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in Composable storefront and OCC v2 development.
• Strong hands-on experience in customizing and upgrading Hybris based e-commerce applications, Hybris CMS and e-commerce suite (WCMS, SOLR, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Data Modelling, Product Catalog, Order Management).
• Exposure to Backoffice customization, Third party integration, Payment module and payment gateway integration, Promotions etc.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/delivery.
• Knowledge in front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax will be a major plus.
• Should have architected, designed and implemented multiple solutions.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to Agile Project development practices. Knowledge on Scrum process.
• Proficient in all areas of software development lifecycle. Works proactively and independently, with quality.
• Experience with cloud deployment (e. g. , SAP Commerce Cloud on Public Infrastructure, AWS, Azure).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
