SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP B1 modules based on business user needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose best-fit solutions.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of SAP B1 including data migration and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams/vendor to develop reports, queries, and add-ons using tools like SAP B1 Studio, Crystal Reports etc.
• Provide support for existing SAP B1 Projectstroubleshooting, resolving issues, and functionality testing or upgrades.
• Prepare functional documentation such as Business Blueprints, Functional Specs, and User Manuals.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Go-Live activities.
• Train key users and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (functional role).
• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 core modules: Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.
• Experience with SQL queries and Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 implementation methodology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and best practices across industries (Manufacturing, Trading, etc.).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, IT, Engineering, or related field. SAP B1 certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP B1 HANA version.
• Knowledge of API integrations with third-party systems.
