Job Description

Your Role / Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in SAP BRIM SOM (Subscription Order Management) implementations and support projects.
Configure and customize BRIM SOM modules including Subscription Order Management, Billing, and Contract Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, CRM) for seamless integration of subscription and order-to-cash processes.
Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Troubleshoot SOM process issues and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
