The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of SAP systems. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain SAP Basis systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Implement and monitor system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP environments. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in infrastructure management. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management and SAP. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in SAP Basis Administration. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and components. Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA). Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware). Certifications in SAP Basis or related fields. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, with a focus on SAP systems. Proven track record of successful project delivery and management.
