Role & responsibilities:
# Create and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) in SAP S/4 HANA.
# Ensure timely and accurate PR creation as per procurement policies.
# Check PR inputs for accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
# Coordinate with departments (such as Admin, IT, Operations) for collecting PR requirements.
# Track status of PRs and escalate delays as needed.
# Maintain PR data and assist in preparing procurement MIS reports.
# Support Procurement and Finance team with required documentation.
# Ensure adherence to budget and procurement timelines.
# Understanding of basic procurement lifecycle (PR to PO).
# Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
# Team player with an eye for detail.
