Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, CDS views, OData services, and RAP-based applications in S/4HANA.
Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop APIs, enhancements, reports, workflows, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF).
Work on SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions and RAP-based transactional applications.
Ensure performance tuning, code optimization, and adherence to SAP best practices.
Support integration projects with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
Conduct unit testing, technical documentation, and code reviews.
Provide technical expertise during upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of SAP technical experience, with strong hands-on skills in ABAP (OO-ABAP, CDS, AMDP, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, Exits).
Proven experience with SAP RAP (Restful Application Programming Model) and developing modern S/4HANA applications.
Expertise in OData services, Fiori/UI5 extensions, and CDS-based modeling.
Experience in API integrations (REST, SOAP, IDocs, Proxies).
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with functional consultants in Finance/Insurance modules (FI/CO, FSCD, FICA) – domain knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and CAP (Cloud Application Programming).
Familiarity with Central Finance, S/4HANA Finance, or Insurance industry processes.
SAP certification in ABAP/RAP/S/4HANA is an added advantage.
