Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
5+ years of SAP experience
Minimum of three implementation projects and two support projects
Expertise in RICEF concepts (Reports, Interfaces, BDCs, Enhancements/Exits, Smart Forms)
Extensive experience in ABAP HR, including Infotype creation and modification
Hands-on experience with system upgrade activities
Proficiency in UI5 and Fiori application development
Knowledge of LDBs and Clusters
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP
Experience with HCM Processes and Forms
Expertise in interfaces (HCP, SuccessFactors, and On-Premise)
Experience or knowledge of Workflows (creation and modification)
Proficiency in ALE/IDocs and Adobe Forms
Experience with HR Forms
Strong communication skills

Engage with customers to define and finalize HR processes for the project
Conduct workshops with key users and end users, preparing blueprints, testing, and providing user training
Mentor associates and train the team on relevant technical skills
Work on multiple country rollouts with direct customer interaction
Independently prepare technical specifications, develop solutions, and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixing
