Job Summary

Technical Consultant Application Security

Key Responsibilities

Perform application security assessments including SAST, DAST, and manual code reviews
Identify vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10 issues and provide remediation guidance
Conduct threat modeling and secure design reviews for applications
Support secure SDLC implementation and DevSecOps practices
Work with development teams to fix security issues and validate remediation
Configure and manage application security tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Fortify, Veracode, Checkmarx)
Prepare security assessment reports and present findings to stakeholders
Stay updated with latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
