Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Programmer with a strong engineering background (B.Tech./M.Tech.) and over 10 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, particularly within ETO manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom SAP solutions that support complex project-based manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
• Collaborate with functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PS) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement ABAP solutions for ETO-specific processes such as WBS-based procurement, project costing, and order tracking.
• Optimize performance of existing ABAP programs and troubleshoot issues.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA migration and adapt custom code to new architecture.
• Develop and maintain OData services and Fiori applications.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and support integration and UAT phases.
• Document technical specifications and provide training to support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with at least 3 full-cycle ETO manufacturing implementations.
• Strong expertise in Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Familiarity with ETO manufacturing processes, including project systems and WBS structures.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, and Web Dynpro.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Integration, or API Management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
