Job Summary:

SAP ABAP Consultant with strong experience in the HR (HCM) module

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) in the SAP HR module.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and support HR-specific objects such as Infotypes, Payroll Schemas, Time Management, and PA/OM modules.
• Implement and support SAP HR interfaces using ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HR processes.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical documentation and support for go-live and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in

  SAP ABAP programming

  with a focus on

  HR (HCM)

  module.
• Hands-on experience with

  PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll

  .
• Proficiency in

  Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)

  ,

  Smart Forms

  ,

  SAP Scripts

  , and

  Enhancement Frameworks

  (User Exits, BADI, BTE).
• Experience with

  HR-specific BAPIs, LDBs, and PNP/PCH logical databases

  .
• Good understanding of

  SAP HR data structures

  and

  infotype processing

  .
• Familiarity with

  SuccessFactors integration

  is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP Certification in ABAP or HCM is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
