ABAP Consultant with (HR /HCM) Module experience need. Experience: 10+ years Location : Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore (100% Remote) Notice : Immediate to 30 days Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong experience in the HR (HCM) module to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP HR, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) in the SAP HR module. Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and support HR-specific objects such as Infotypes, Payroll Schemas, Time Management, and PA/OM modules. Implement and support SAP HR interfaces using ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, and RFCs. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HR processes. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards. Provide technical documentation and support for go-live and post-go-live activities. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming with a focus on HR (HCM) module. Hands-on experience with PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll . Proficiency in Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV) , Smart Forms , SAP Scripts , and Enhancement Frameworks (User Exits, BADI, BTE). Experience with HR-specific BAPIs, LDBs, and PNP/PCH logical databases . Good understanding of SAP HR data structures and infotype processing . Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP Certification in ABAP or HCM is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
