Role: Storage Specialist (L3 Support)

Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Shift: 24x7, including night shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise storage domain.
• Minimum 3 years of L3-level SAN support experience (replication—mandatory).
• Proven expertise in storage solution design, migration, and operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex storage environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, implement, and manage end-to-end infrastructure solutions across block, file, and object storage platforms.
• Provide L3-level support for SAN Storage environments, including replication management (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
• Develop and maintain Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and translate them into detailed implementation and deployment plans.
• Design and implement 2DC and 3DC storage architectures with a strong understanding of replication topologies.
• Perform block-based data migrations using tools such as UVM, NDM, or similar utilities.
• Manage and execute file-based data migrations across heterogeneous environments.
• Configure and support director-class fabric networks (Cisco, Broadcom/Brocade).
• Oversee daily storage operations across block, file, and object storage systems.
• Implement and manage replication technologies such as remote replication, in-system replication, snapshots, and clones.
