Job Description

Position Title: Salon Operations Manager
Reports To: Director / Founder / Regional HeadThe Salon Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple salon branches (or a flagship branch), ensuring smooth functioning, high service quality, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. This role involves managing teams, maintaining brand standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving growthKey Responsibilities:Operational Management• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and productivity to ensure optimum resource utilization.• Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality protocols.• Ensure availability of products, tools, and equipment for seamless salon services.• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly.Team Leadership & Training• Supervise salon staff, including stylists, beauticians, front desk, and housekeeping teams.• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.• Identify training needs and coordinate with the training team for skill enhancement.• Motivate and mentor teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.Sales & Revenue Growth• Drive revenue targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.• Track and analyze sales performance, service mix, and customer feedback.• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and attract new clients.• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute offers, campaigns, and events.Inventory & Vendor Management• Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables, retail products, and salon essentials.• Monitor product usage to control wastage and costs.• Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and negotiate best terms.Compliance & Reporting• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.• Maintain records of staff, clients, expenses, and revenues.• Prepare regular operational reports and present insights to management.Key Skills & Competencies:• Strong leadership and people management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.• Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and industry trends.• Sales and business acumen with customer-centric approach.• Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems / salon management software. ( will be trained )
