We are looking for a Senior Salon Manager for our Naturals Salon located in Adyar, Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative, operational, and financial aspects of the salon.
- Drive salon profitability by achieving sales targets
- Perform customer consultations, sales closures, and improve walk-in conversion rates.
- Plan and execute promotional offers, schemes, and events to maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Train and manage the salon staff.
- Prepare daily / monthly reports to track salon peformance and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Salon Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
