Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth functioning, exceptional customer experiences, and achievement of business goals. This role combines leadership, customer service, team motivation, and business management skills to maintain a high-performing, professional, and welcoming salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and client bookings efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment and salon supplies are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Handle cash management, billing, and reconciliation at the end of the day.

2. Team Leadership & HR

• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and team meetings regularly.
• Resolve staff issues professionally and maintain high team morale.

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure every client receives exceptional service and a personalized salon experience.
• Handle customer complaints gracefully and find effective resolutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.

4. Sales & Marketing

• Drive sales of salon services and retail products.
• Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, bookings, client retention, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for online/offline advertising and social media engagement.

5. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation as per industry standards.
• Enforce brand standards, dress codes, and professional behavior among staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
