Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Purnea. The responsibilities of this role include assisting customers in selecting ŠKODA vehicles that best suit their needs, providing detailed information on product features, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, maintaining a professional demeanor, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, ensuring excellent client satisfaction
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly ŠKODA vehicles, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, but not mandatory
