The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team and reporting progress to management are also integral parts of the role. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet performance targets Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
