Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Midnapore. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting the company’s life insurance products, driving sales, and achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing accurate information about products, following up on leads, and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate plans
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services
• Customer service skills and experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
